Vacuum pump fluid is a special kind of lubricating oil specially designed for vacuum pumps on vacuum equipment.Especially for high vacuum and rapid vacuum pumping of large volume gases in production operations.The vacuum pump oil is suitable for reciprocating booster pumps, mechanical supercharging pumps and oil seal mechanical vacuum pumps, etc., and can also be used for various diffusion vacuum pumps. It is recommended for the use of vacuum pumps in handicrafts, ceramics and chemical fields.It can be used to obtain 1.333 x 10-7~1.333 x 10-11kPa (without well condition) and 1.333 x 10-10~1.333 x 10-12kPa.

Description:

The vacuum pump oil is mainly used to meet the requirement of high - speed pumping and high vacuum degree of a large amount of gas or vapor in the production operation.

The 705vacuum pump oil is a single component liquid from colorless to yellowish.  It can be used to produce ultra-high vacuum from 10-9 to 10-10 (no trap) and 10-11 (including trap).

The vapor pressure and reflux rate of the 705 diffusion pump oil are very low, so there is no need for capture and cooling in some ultra high and ultra clean vacuum applications. In all organosilicon diffusion pump oil, it has the highest benzene content and the strongest radiation resistance.
